Natural Feast founder Emma McCann was born in Dublin, Ireland and became a vegetarian at the tender age of 11.
Her mother insisted that, as they were a large family, she had to learn to cook for herself, and so began her journey in vegetarian cooking.
Her journey has taken her to many countries over the years that have both inspired and influenced her style of cooking, especially Asia and India.
She has worked in vegetarian restaurants in many countries around the world including Ireland, Germany, England, and Australia.
While on a break from cooking she managed a health food store in Sydney, learning a lot about nutrition and healthy eating.
A return to Ireland in 2006, lead her back into cooking, this time for retreats and workshops. Here she found her niche. Allowing her to cook food that is beautiful, nutritious, intimate and from the heart.
Now back in Australia and living in Mullumbimby, her journey continues.
